1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the software and related services (“Software”) provided by DanoLogix LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

3. Sales and Payments

Payments, order processing, and fulfillment are handled by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. When purchasing, your payment details are processed securely by Paddle, and your contract for the purchase is with Paddle, not directly with DanoLogix LLC.

4. License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software on a single computer, in accordance with these Terms. The license must not be shared or used on more than one device.

You may not:
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
• Rent, lease, sell, share, or sublicense the Software.
• Circumvent license enforcement or copy protection mechanisms.

5. Updates

The Software may periodically check online for available updates. Only the current version number is transmitted; no personal or identifying data is collected or sent.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Software remain the property of DanoLogix LLC. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DanoLogix LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
